The technology utilizes two high-pressure pump units integrated into Paccars MX 13 engine block. The fuel injectors work along an optimized delivery fuel feed pump (which pushes diesel via the fuel lines and into the injectors) and a fuel unit consisting of an integrated heater, a single cartridge filter, and an automatic drain. 

By controlling the volume of diesel delivered to the combustion chamber, fuel injectors ensure that the proper amount of fuel is injected at the right moment. Each cylinder contains an injector that delivers the right amount of diesel to provide the engine with responsive power production and maximum efficiency.

Chemical cleaners are a common approach to cleaning fuel injectors. This involves filling the petrol tank with a unique cleaning solution and driving the car to allow the cleaner to work. Although very simple to use and cheap, chemical cleansers are not always efficient. This is because they can damage engines and void your warranty.

  • Mechanical Method

Mechanical cleaning entails starting the engine while a specific mechanical cleaning tool is connected to the fuel injectors. Generally speaking, mechanical cleaners are more expensive than chemical cleaners but also more efficient.

  • Ultrasound Method

Ultrasound cleaning comprises breaking up and stirring up deposits by a gadget that uses ultrasound with high-frequency pulses. It's an efficient method of cleaning the injectors since it cleans gently without causing any harm.
